Picture your Lion’s Mane as the VIPs of the mushroom world—they prefer temperatures that make them feel like they’re sipping a fruity mocktail on a sunny beach. Aim for a cosy 18-24°C, where they can bask in warmth without breaking a sweat. As with most culinary mushrooms, keeping an eye out for humidity by misting at least twice a day is an absolute must.

Our ready-to-fruit grow kits are extremely easy to use! Setup time is around 5 minutes.

Step 1 – Open the stamped out window on the front of the kit.

Step 2 – Using a clean and sharp knife, cut an “X” on the side of the bag

Step 3 – Place your kit in a well ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, but not in complete darkness. (Your fungal friends need light to know what direction to grow in).

Step 4 – Spray your bag with water 2 or 3 times a day.

Step 5 – Once you start seeing pins (tiny mushrooms) on your kit, they will double in size every day.

Step 6 – Harvest the whole flush altogether (even the little ones) by placing your hand between the mushrooms and the bag, twist and pull to break them from the bag substrate.

Step 7 – Repeat from step 5, you can expect another crop within 10-14 days.

Once your kit is used up (usually after the second or third crop), you can either discard the mushroom substrate into your general bin, or add it to your garden – it makes for some mighty lovin’ compost.
